Rate plans, seasonal pricing, occupancy rules, meal plans, derived and child rates — the engine reads whatever you have configured. Change a price at the desk and the website shows it on the next search.

Your restrictions, respected
Stop-sell, minimum stay, closed to arrival and closed to departure are applied per night before a rate is ever offered. A guest cannot book a stay you didn’t open.

Built to be found
A booking engine that loads inside a JavaScript widget is invisible to search engines. Yours is a real page, rendered on the server, so everything a guest reads is in the HTML that Google receives.
Room names and prices in the source
Your rooms, rates, facilities and policies are server-rendered — not loaded in afterwards by a script a crawler may never run.
Structured data for rich results
Every property page ships schema.org markup: address, geo coordinates, star rating, check-in times and amenities, so search engines can read the property as a hotel rather than a page of text.
Your own domain
The engine runs on your website, not a third-party booking subdomain, so the traffic and the ranking are yours.
Fast enough to rank
Pages stream in as soon as the server has them and live prices are cached close to the guest, which keeps Core Web Vitals healthy on mobile.
Your rooms are also listed on Hotelux, so guests searching for your city find you there too — at the same direct rate, with the booking landing in the same place.
Take the money, or don’t
You decide per property how guests pay, and the engine changes its behaviour accordingly.
Card payment online
The guest pays before the booking exists. The reservation is only created once the money actually arrives — confirmed by the payment provider server to server, so a guest who closes their laptop mid-redirect still gets the room and you still get paid.
Pay at the property
The booking is created immediately and the guest gets a confirmation code to quote at check-in. Availability is re-checked at that moment, so a room that sold while they filled in the form is refused rather than overbooked.
Guests you can actually reach
Every booking is confirmed with a code sent to the guest’s WhatsApp before it can be submitted. The number is verified by the server, not claimed by the form, so the contact details on a reservation are ones you can rely on when you need to reach someone about their arrival.
Put it anywhere on your website
One line of code drops the booking engine into any page of your existing site — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or hand-written HTML. It carries your property’s name and colours, with no Hotelux branding anywhere inside it, and it resizes itself as guests move from searching to checkout.
